Tax Buddha Incorporation Services include:

• a booklet on “S” corporations,
• a CD with a video about “S” corporations,
• we pay the incorporation fees to the Secretary of State,
• we prepare are all the paperwork for your incorporation,
• we apply for your corporation’s tax ID numbers,
• we fill out the paperwork for your “S” election,
• we provide Articles of Incorporation, Meeting Minutes for your first meeting,
• we file the Statement by Domestic Stock Corporation, and pay the filing fee,
