We don’t want to take the place of your local bookkeeper, but we will provide assistance with organizational issues and any repairs needed for QuickBooks® systems. We provide training for bookkeepers and for doctors who need to understand their businesses to make better business decisions, stay out of trouble, and heal their patients.

By setting up your accounting system correctly in the beginning, we are able to avoid costly re-working of your data. We apply our experience to your situation so your bookkeeping systems flow smoothly, thus freeing up your time for the practice of medicine. Our CD-based start up kit “Bookkeeping Protocol for Patient Financed Medical Practices” contains a starter QuickBooks® file with accounts and patient types already set up for you, ready to go. We also include a bookkeeping protocol for getting your practice off to a good start. This product is $499 plus applicable sales tax, and includes an hour of phone consultation to assist you with the Kit and QuickBooks®.

We also provide tax preparation services nationwide and will assist with incorporation as necessary.

The starter file is for QuickBooks® for PC v. 2005 or later only.
