We’ll work with your existing employees and contractors, or find new employees and contractors who work FOR YOU to accomplish the tasks your business needs to function smoothly. If something, or someone, isn't working, we’ll tell you. And we’ll fix it.

We start by doing a thorough assessment of where you are now. We look at three main areas in your business.

First, we review your current financials. Are they in good order? A properly prepared balance sheet is no substitute for your judgment about how you want to live your life, but it will help chart a course to reach your destination.

Next, we look at how your business runs. What business processes are working and which ones need to be changed or updated?

Finally, we take a look at your employees and contractors. Are they doing things that need to be done? Are they performing tasks for a reasonable cost? Are they using the most effective systems available for your business?

Once we have completed our assessment we will design and implement a plan tailored to you and your business.

When things are running smoothly, we’ll gladly reduce our role, leaving you with a well run business serviced by competent employees and contractors—so we can go help someone else! We’ll still be around on an as needed basis and to review and update the systems we’ve helped put in place.

We require a six month commitment from our clients and work on a retainer basis—we have a 30-day cancellation policy, but we want a chance to formulate and execute a plan. It took you years to get where you are now, give us a chance to help you get to the next level.
